- Letter from Brenda Mallory, chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality to WHEJAC co-chairs Richard Moore and Peggy M. Shepard. The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) thanked the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council (WHEJAC) for its August 2022 recommendations on the Justice40 Initiative, the Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool (CEJST), and incinerator emissions.
